“Very cold room”; Dec 27, 2012 , Red Deer; I was not impressed with coming into a room at 8:30 pm and the temperature being 51 F. Apparently the heat does not get turned on until the guest arrives and I had to call th front desk to have it turned on. I was not impressed.
