“3 day Stay”

  , Austin
There are pluses and minuses of the stay here at HoJo. The gentleman who checked us in was on a personal call on his cell phone and carrying on a conversation while checking us in. Very Rude. The 2 room suite was not quite like the pictures led us to believe, but at least we made it to the hotel. It smelled like a smoker's room and after returning from our trip, all clothes and luggage have that smell now. The airconditoner is only in one room so if the door was closed between the rooms, one was freezing and the other was burning up. The cleaning staff would turn off the airconditioning when they cleaned the room (replaced towels...no fresh sheets) so we would walk back into a hot room and it would take hours to cool off. In short, Pasadena is a beautiful city, the location of this hotel is very good and the price was fair. The overall experience of our stay in the Hotel was dissappointing and I guess you can chalk it up to "you get what you pay for".
