“nightmare”

We had to switch rooms 3 times just to get the fridge and microwave that were on my reservation. I had requested a cot when I made the reservation and only after my 4th request in person, I was informed they did not have any left. One of my family members had to sleep on the floor. I was charged for the safe which they removed. I also paid for my kids to use the water slide only to discover my children were the only ones who had to pay. Nother child using the slide had a bracelet. Also the bathtub had hair in it. There was a jelly bean wrapper between the nightstand and one of the beds. The freezer was almost completly full if frost and there was a popsicle still in it. I had to go with the front desk person to get extra blankets and towels and had to bring them to my room myself. When unfoling blankets 2 big hair balls flew out. And there was a hair ball in one of the beds. Our tv made this horrible buzzing noise which made it unbearable to watch tv. When I asked about getting it fixed I was told they could move us for a 4th time. I refused as we didn't have time to be moving with my kids in the dance competition. Also the pool and hot tubs were so cloudy you could not see below your knees in either one. And one of the hot tubs was almost as cold as the pool. We are returning to Billings for another competiton April 27th. We were planning on staying at the same hotel but most likely will not after this experience. I would rather pay an extra $10-$20 for a clean room and clean pool and for my family not to have to sleep on the floor. Staff was given multiple opportunities to fix and or apologize. Only one staff member apologized. Each of these incidences were reported to staff.
