“Don't stay here!”

Booked room with among other amenities a microwave. Choose room as it had what we needed, so we thought. Upon discovery that there was no microwave, I contacted staff. Said that a microwave was on request only. As an easy going as I could be I said I was requesting. No kidding Capt. Obvious! Said that there are none available. Well, lets kick it up a notch. I asked if she was aware of there website and the content it provided its potential guests. She acknowledged that she understood that the room I contracted and paid for and she took payment for thus entering in a contract. Simple contact. With a red face and a sheepish look she said she would look for one and let the so called manager know. I say so called, as I never once laid eyes on this person let alone have anyone deal with the problem. All I can say I can't believe this is how you treat a guest in the hospitality business. I hope the appropriate people read this and treat with a high level of concern.
