“Location was great which was why we picked it...”; Feb 10, 2013 William C, Bc; Location was great which was why we picked it. Soundproofing was worse than anywhere we have ever stayed as on first two nights of our six night stay, rooms on both side of us and above us were partying until 330 AM or so. Our room was only one away from the office which must have known what was going on. Complimentary breakfast was sparse, and they ran out of yoghurt for our final two breakfasts.

My apologies that your stay did not exceed your expectations. We try very hard to keep the property as quiet as we can, but unfortunately without the help of guests bringing issues to our attention we do not always hear when rooms are being too loud. When rowdy rooms are brought to our attention the staff is trained to take immediate appropriate actions. Once again I apologize and hope that you will give the Howard Johnson's Old Town Scottsdale another opportunity to serve you. « hide
