“one of the worst hotel stays ever”

  , Tempe
One of the worst hotel stays ever. Started stay off by sending me to a room where the door didn't work. After walking all the way back to the front desk, I was moved to another king sized room. The second room smelled completely horrible. I didn't want to be nuisance so I decided to try to air out the room. A couple hours later when that didn't work I called and asked to get my room sprayed with deodorizer. The lady at the front desk said she would send someone when she had time...no one came. 11030 am the next morning I had to find a housekeeper to ask them to spray the room. Room as I told her what room I was in, she already knew about the odor and said she would leave the spray in the room...present the rest of my stay spraying my room periodically. Still smelled horrible..half way through the second day I told the manager about the smell. He acted like he could careless. The hotel had dozens of other empty rooms I could have moved to...never been to a hotel where the housekeeper leaves there deodorizer spray cause the room smells so bad
