“frustrated”

Generally, we were satisfied with the accommodations and service of our stay. I had asked for an inside room when I made the reservation but was given one facing a very, busy noisy street and was told it was all you had. Later when I went to ask about the WiFi, which didn't work in our room, I over heard another guest requesting an inside room and he was granted his request, I asked why I wasn't given one when I had asked earlier. I was then given another quieter room on the inside and was told the Wifi would work there. That wasn't the case. The staff kept saying they were rebooting, which obviously didn't work, because the only place we could get online was in the lobby. I think in four days a technician could have found the answer to the problem unless your system isn't set up for multiple sign ons. Even if there is a problem in some of the rooms with the WiFi then I think I could have been offered another room that had a connection. I told the staff that it was important for me to have WiFi, but the problem wasn't resolved and left me and my husband frustrated. I didn't want to make a nuisance of myself by demanding that something be done, and I didn't want the inconvenience of moving to another hotel. I tried to call the manager on the phone number posted at the desk and received a message that the mailbox was full so that didn't work either. I hope you can understand what I am trying to say.
