“I had asked for a first floor room. Didn't get that...”; Feb 16, 2013 Catherine W, Peoria; I had asked for a first floor room. Didn't get that. Couldn't get door open and went for another key. Opened door to find bed wasn't even together. Looked like a storage room. When we finally got a room, it was ok. Old but clean. Bed was fairly comfortable.
