“My main problem with the service was the desk clerk. She...”

My main problem with the service was the desk clerk. She was rude and did not make me feel welcome. Upon arrival, she seemed personable. However, the longer it took to get my family and I checked the ruder she got. First, she asked me how many people were going to be staying in the room. I answered five. She then got rude and told me to be more specific; how many adults and how many kids. Secondly, when she couldn't get my credit card to scan properly, she rudely asked if I had de-magnitized my card. I responded no and she insisted that I had at some point. As far as the room was concerned, it was clean, but the bed by the wall sloped to either side. We did sleep, but we weren't as comfortable as we would have been had the bed not been slopping.
