“Crayon themed suite... no children?”

Thought maybe they put us in the Crayon themed room because we had 2 dogs with us but, then I saw several other dogs come out of other rooms and on the property. Complained twice about TV and lamp. Second time, manager (who was very kind) said he could give us a $30 discount off of the $370 (3 nights) room. He said they would come by, the TV and lamp out, however it must have been after 12 noon on black Friday. We left to go shopping and left the dogs in the room so we could go shopping. The staff, obviously, could not enter the room because of the dogs barking at them. I had hoped for a more timely visit from them since I called and complained twice... the first night and the second day. Didn't bother after that. Again, the manager was nice and I get that they couldn't come in because of the dogs but, I hoped more a of a compensation could have been offered.
