“Worse hotel stay I have had in at least 10 years”

I have almost always stayed at another brands hotel. However my daughter has recently went to work at a Ramada. She speaks so highly of Wyndham properties that I thought I would give it a try. The first room they gave us had a bad ordor. It smelt like urine. I tried to call the front desk to complain but the phone was missing. So after going back to the front desk, the second room they put us in was not clean. I have photos of the bathroom. The toilet was dirty, looked like mold growning on the sides and you could tell someone used it recently and it was not clean. The sink looked like someone spit toothpaste out and it landed all over the faucet and was still there. I complained to the front desk and they said for ME to tell the maid when she came to clean. Also the web site says there was a mircowave in the room and it was not there. I called the front desk about that and they said they would mark it in the notes so that I was not charged for it. They did not even offer to bring one to us. The web site says they offer free wifi. When we tried to get on the wifi we could not and the front desk told me it was because my room was to far away from the office. I have photos of the toilet, the sink and the empty space where the microwave should have been. I will not stay at this hotel again and I will not recommend it to my friends and family.
