“Needs work”

Staff were exceptional. Paid extra for a pool view which also included a view of temporary gates and caution tape, very tacky. The reason I booked this hotel was the pirate pool which unfortunately was reserved for a private party the only decent weather day of our vacation. The room was outdated, except for the TV, the hallways were worse. If some rooms or buildings are updated but I couldn't tell. Other than the caution tape the rest of the outside grounds seemed nicely kept. Overall, I think it's overpriced for what you get, furthest walk on harbor, no breakfast, maybe I would've felt differently if we were able to utilize the one plus they have, the pirate pool.
