Looks like place finally got ADA compliant. But now the half the stairways are out of order.Breakfast area looks "well appointed", but I do not see breakfast, I eat it.Emphasis should go to the root of the breakfast "experience" ... to the food, not the way the room looks in a photo.Nine teas and six coffees? Big increase in selection. Bravo for the tea and coffee lovers. But STILL no hot chocolate. Used to be available many years ago. True there is the Quik chocolate mix ... to be mixed with milk, but that is cold. Offering the u-wave in the back supply room to heat it was a nice idea, but styrofoam cup in u-wave? Haha, I should have let them do it just for chuckles. And the offer of me using hot water instead of milk? Silly worker dude ... read the note (placed by hotel staff) on the lid which says not to use water .... Yep it tastes terrible that way.Only fruit selection: Bitter, green bananas. They had three or four days to go before being ripe. A second or third fruit would be nice.Good variety of bagels, but no raisin bread, period. Many years ago this hotel had one, I believe it was from Oregon and had cinnamon in it? That was great raisin bread.Waffle maker = good idea, bottleneck though with slow pourers and 3 minutes to cook. Improve the turnover time ---. move the syrup so it can be poured while the next person starts their waffle instead of the line of waiters waiting while the freshly cooked waffle gets syrup applied and the person doing it has to stand where the waffles are made.Wifi - broken. Worked in many little teasing segments of time for about a total of three minutes during the approx. 45 minutes I tried to effectively surf the internet. All that said, the place is average, not a dump. Fix those things and it would be above average imo.
