“getting disappointed with rooms”

- I have been staying at this hotel twice a year, for the past five years or so. I originally liked the hotel for its location,clean room and friendly service. But I have slowly seen it go down. On my last visit, I was very disappointed. I had reserved a king size bed,got two doubles..the comforters had burn holes in them,only one bar of soap and the room hadn't been vacumed, I know this because there was pop corn under the bed.The staff is friendly, but not too attentative...the desk clerk (who I have delt with before),just seems "out there" and doesn't seem to care about customer service.
