“Penny Nielson review”

- I was very pleased. Two negatives; I had requested a ground floor as I had two dogs and was given a 2nd floor accommodation, and secondly, a loud, obnoxious, discourteous neighbor whose loud telephone calls and partying made it impossible to sleep until long after midnight. The staff was a mixed bag from barely competent to extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
