“"Not my problem" front desk staff”

  , Las Vegas
The room was nice and big ( we asked for a handicapped equipped room) but was dated. The carpet was stained and dirty. The air smelled stale and when we turned on the A/C it smelled really bad as well. We thought it would get better the longer the unit ran, but it didnt. When we checked out, I notified the Male Front desk attendant that the Air conditioning emmitted a foul odor and the carpet needed to be replaced. He replied " we can't go replacing carpets and air conditioners every time a guest complains." I assure you we won't return to this hotel again.
