Dear Veelia H,I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our hotel. It would be a pleasure to inform you that the Howard Johnson Inn in Marina is now under new ownership: Sarah Wang, Kevin Wang and Terry Bixler. Howard Johnson is currently under renovation, our new team is very determined to take this hotel to its highest potential. We have recently put in an order for a new ice machine for our guest and hope that we will be able to offer its service within a month or less. As for our check in process at the moment I do apologize in advance for this. During previous ownership the hotel did not have a lobby to properly check in guest. However, the new owners have completely remodeled one of our rooms near the Valero Market to be used as our welcoming hotel lobby. It is under construction at the moment but our guest shall enjoy the warmth and comfort of its hardware flooring, and Computer business area for our guest to their convenience within a month or less as well. Once again thank you for the time you have given to leave us a review. We aim to provide exceptional customer service to our previous and future guest and would love to have you return in the future to experience the improved amenities on the property! « hide
