“trip from u know where”; Jan 24, 2013 L F, Sacramento; I figured a Howard Johnson would be a good place for me & my kids but boy was I wrong. The rooms were filthy, bug infested, & there was no hot water! Although the desk attendants tried to apologize repeatedly we had to change rooms three times to finally have a fully functioning room that was somewhat clean.

We are currently working on a deep clean schedule for our facility to make sure all rooms get the same treatment.
