“Too expensive for the quality...”

The lady behind the counter was super nice, but the guy that answered the phone when I called the front desk needs some customer service classes. For $100 / night more or less the breakfast was terrible (a box of donuts, english muffins, small bagels, sandwich bread, and how unsanitary is that when everyone is taking butter out of the same container with the same knife, as well as the jelly, peanut butter, and jam, gross. They didn't even have water to drink, and when their milk, juice ran out it seemed as though they didn't want to refill, and when i asked one of the guys for more napkins he seemed annoyed that i asked. They locked us out of our room because apparently they don't communicate in the office. The lady manager didn't charge our debit card because of the way the bank handles pre authorizations, so she just said when we have a chance to come in and give her another card, well we forgot one day and they locked us out of the room because our situation was not communicated. I don't think I will be staying there again. For that price i could have stayed in a much nicer place with better breakfast. OH and the internet was terribly slow, and poor access.
