- My opinion is that a bit of updating would go a long way...either shampoo or put in new carpeting for instance. Beds were comfy. Internet connections (including the front desk's applications) were not working, but were finally resolved by tech staff offsite. Front desk staffer went out of his way to help us access and print our needed boarding passes and get online access as quickly as it became operational. Appreciated the elevator assist to 2nd floor. Location of hotel is VERY convenient to airport and downtown attractions. Continental breakfast offerings shouldn't be advertised as 'free breakfast' though...we found that to be misleading. Would choose again if we visit this area.
