“the only problem i had”

- Your hotel was wonderful except one major thing. I stayed in room17. Last Friday when something horrible happened. All night in the next room over [room18], there was domestic violence in the next room. The couple argued and curse all night yelling horrible unsettling threats. I heard that man slap that woman so hard in woke my fiance up in a dead of sleep. I called the front desk twice and he said he was going to do something about it but he never did. When I went to report it the next morning to the manager she said they didn't even record it in the books. I was frightened all night and was scared for my life. I was scaredto even leave my room or go to the bathroom in fear he would hurt me. I asked for my money back but they only gave me a small percentage of the price. I would of left earlier if I wasn't scaed for my life.
