“Initial thought was "This is not good"”

  , Palm Harbor
The room they gave me smelled really bad. It was a combination of wet pet and body odor. My children were horrified. While walking to the office to complain, I asked a guest if his room smelled bad. He said "Are you on the first floor, in the back" and i said yes. He told me there are a block of rooms that are for "workers" and that those rooms smell bad. So I went to the office to ask for another room and the lady at the office said she will give me another room. After a few minutes of talking, I asked if the rooms on the 2nd floor were better and she said "yes". So I went to the other room and it was much better. The thing I don't understand is why this lady would give me a smelly, worker room when she knows there are cleaner rooms. Her answer was that I asked for a first floor room. So overall things worked out ok.
