“Poor Satisfaction and bad customer service.”

* Check in: There was only one person attending 7 different customers at the same time, therefore you need more staffing.*After check in: I was never advised my room number and directions to where to go to take the elevators.*Hallway :When walking down hallways I found dirty walls and and ice cream spots on the floor (in which I have pictures )*Room:1. When walking in to my room I turn on the first light switch and it wasn't working.2.There were 2 lamps from each corner of my bed and one of them was broken.3.I turned on the TV and the channels were blurred*Bathroom:1. No shampoo2. There were spider webs on the exhaust fan (I have pictures)*Sleeping experience: I can hear noises from other rooms.*Breakfast items: Only bagels, cereal, juice and coffe???*Check out: Can I please get a " have a nice day"? I didn't get a "Good bye" after checking out.I'm very disappointed and my overall experience was terrible.Thank you.
