“Terrible, worst service, management”

I stayed there for one night. I have been calling them several times to hold the room for me because my flight got delayed. They said "no worry". Actually there was no problem to check in at front desk. I was told that they had hold a room for me and gave me the key. However, when I openned the door, there was somebody sleeping inside. After I went back to front desk and told them what had happened, they had no idea why the room had been occupied and they even did not know any information about the guest. No sorry, no apology, nothing. Just told me they had only one room left, but only one bed inside (I reserved two beds). I was given two options: 1)refund and asked me to find another hotel at 2AM!; 2) stay in that room and gave me another roller bed. I was so diappointed and that was a terrible experience. Be careful!
