“Cedar Point”

We had a room right above the office. The stairway up was barely legal, if at all. There was a hole in the ceiling and paint was chipping. The heater in the room had so much dust on it, we could not run it because of our allergies. It was in the 30's outside, so it was a bit cool in the room. The bathroom had a small, square shower stall and we opted to not use it because it was also dirty. The room had either not been used in a while or was just not properly maintained. The staff was courteous and the bed was amazing. I believe it may have had a new mattress. We went to Cedar Point for Halloweekends and wanted a place to sleep. We stayed here because we were visiting the park the following day and all other hotels were booked. I like HOJOs, but this one was disappointing. The breakfast consisted of cereal, stale doughnuts, juice, and coffee. I do not feel it was worth what we paid for the room.
