“Business trip”

I was pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I liked the layout of the room. When I went to set the alarm, the button was stuck. I picked up the clock it has some white crusty substance on it (gross). I also noticed some sort of substance on the wall. I tried to dial the operator from the phone by the bed and the buttons were stuck on that as well. I was finally able to get it to work as I was not able to get the cordless to work. I phoned the front desk about the clock and someone was sent up immediately to replace it. (Excellent Service)! In the morning I went to shower and when in the tub, I realized that it had some sort of liner in it and the liner was popped up in the bottom of the tub which was unstable for a person that is deaf in one ear. Balance was a problem. Seem to struggle with keeping the water temp even while showering. When I tried to use the blow dryer, I spent extra time trying to figure out why it would not work. I had to set the reset buttons on the wall outlet as well as on the dryer. Room definitely needs some improvement, but the service and staff were better than in some five star places I have stayed in.
