“awful experience”

  , Indianapolis
it got so bad we asked expedia to get us out of there. dirty rooms, breakfast room was a nightmare just to get in, people pushing and shoving grabbing food, I was nearly knocked over, plus people grabbing and filling trays with up to 12 slices of bread, cakes, fruit etc and taking them out to feed others outside, just horrid no matter what time u got there. guys screaming and yelling in the hot tub all night, we called the front desk to report people running up and down the stairs at midnight, we was told she couldn't leave the office and nobody else was there to help, seemed no security. the police cruisers came the first day we were there and took a female out handcuffed a great start to a vacation. I was approached by a male whilst I was standing outside my room and got scared. the smell of food from the adjoining room was awful and I was spraying airfreshner all around the door to keep it out. the carpet was filty. we ended up leaving and I was very sick from all the mold in the room and lack of sleep, plus as the weather had gotten colder even though we put the heat on the gap in the outside door was quite wide so the room was freezing, we gave up on the free breakfast, rude deskclerks and depressing atmosphere of the property. my husband is in a wheelchair we could not get a handicapp spot for parking and everyday had to find a spot to park and unload his chair. A baby was in a dirty diaper in the hot tub, although we did not get in my husband was just disgusted he is nearly blind and could smell it, we never ever saw any control who came in and out of the pool area. everything it seemed at this hotel was a free for all, even the postman said I don't know why on earth you were sent to this hotel.
