“the hotel is ok for the price WiFi is a joke”

The hotel is good, in a good location, for the money is ok, I do not really care for much, service was ok, room was ok, outdated but ok, anytime I asked for something the service was good. The only problem which is major, major, major and I will choose a different hotel next time is the WiFi. The signal is very poor in the rooms. This my 2nd time in this hotel in recent months and the issue remains. Every time I tried to connect I had an issue, I had to restart the laptop several times thinking that it would help and most of the time 45 minutes later I would give up. I had to call the front desk on occasion to reset the WiFi and still did not work. That was a big issue for me. The rest for the money was ok.
