- Negatives: cholrine/pool+smoke odor throughout, water "spot"(?urine)in elevator,loud neighbors(including music,conversations,barking dog+crying baby)broken moldy 'fridge,door peep hole no visibility,H20 leak@bathroom ceiling,elevator broken,stairway doors squek,cigarette butts in window,leak/water bucket in hallway(never emptied), ceiling panels stained+missing,wallpaper peelingPositives: hot H2O, good water pressure, good directions from staff, bed comfortable
