“Bad night”; Dec 12, 2012 David O, Salsbury Cove; Room was cold, dirty, bathtub faucet leaked, sink faucet dirty. The place looked like it was 90 years old. Office building was in disrepair with trim rotting and falling off. One heating light in bathroom replaced with cfl, the other was not infrared.
