“Excellent value but a disappointment”; Feb 08, 2013 Karen D, Greensboro; Everyone is always very courteous, and the rooms are clean. We experienced a disappointment, however, as when booked we specifically requested a tv remote with a sleep timer. (A previous stay at another hotel experience was awful as the couple in the room next to ours was probably hard of hearing and had the volume turned all the way up - all night. They apparently couldn't even hear us knocking at their door 3 am. Needless to say, we never slept through that night) As a result, we now specify that we must have sleep timers on the tv remotes. We were assured the HoJo remote would have a sleep timer; it did not.
