“Horrible Experience”

I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When we checked in, no would help us take our luggage to our rooms. After entering our room, we found out the sheets , blankets, and covers had not been changed . There was a roach on the covers and sheets on my bed. The heater in the restroom didn't work. It was very cold as we took our showers and got out. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. We had to call down for another roll. The towels were dingy and rough. When we were leaving, two employees came to help take our bags down. There was a crack in the doorway that let the cold air into our room. This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. I have stayed in a Wyndam Hotel before and expected it to be what I was use to. It was not. There were some strange people walking around the property all day and night. I will not advise anyone to stay there. It was awful.We were suppose to have asmoke free room yet the room had a smoke smell everywhere. We had to call down for room spray to clear the air.
