“Not what I expected”

I booked this room online & was impressed with the pictures. However, upon arriving, I realized they were all outside rooms, which the pictures made it seem like they were inside which is why I chose the hotel. The room that we were first given the keys wouldn't work. They then had to try at least 5 different rooms which none worked and when the nice maintenance man tried to reach the desk clerk on the walkie talkie, the desk clerk wouldn't answer because it was turned off, which made the maintenance man call him on his cell phone. Then, after trying to get a working door, the maintenance man had to jump the gate to get inside. Then I needed sheets for the pull out sofa, when I went to the front desk, the clerk told me that housekeeping wouldn't be in until an hour from now & he would send them down, which wouldn't do me any good since I needed them then to go to sleep. But, once again, the maintenance man took me to get the sheets. (All this in the 1st night!)Then, on the second night, my boyfriend goes to the front desk to get some silverware so we can eat, the desk clerk tells him that they don't have any silverware on hand (yet they have a restaurant) but then gives him just ONE fork!! The only good thing that I will say, is I did have problems with my card, and they were very nice & willing to work with me.
