“We arrived around 10:00pm after a 4 hr drive. We were...”

We arrived around 10:00pm after a 4 hr drive. We were heading to Disneyland in the morning. When we arrived and after checking in, we were trying to engage in conversation with the clerk. We asked if there was a bar nearby, her answer, "no" We then asked if there was a liquor store anywhere, her answer, "no, but I think there's a gas station or something." Next question: "is there Wi-Fi available" Clerk, "no, not working" Ok, can you put our rooms close by, (we were with another couple) Clerk, "no" my friend asked, "are you at full capacity?" Clerk said "yes" I thought, does this girl even live here, she knows nothing about the area. I said out loud, "we're off to a good start, no liquor store, no bar, no wi-fi and our rooms our on opposite sides of the hotel" No comment from her, not even an acknowledgement of what I said. It was like talking to a fence. We ended up being about 9 doors down from each other, she could have engaged in conversation and said we were not next door but not too far, or something! Need to train your clerks about customer service.As soon as we settled into bed, we here yelling, swearing, obviously fighting, the couple next door were banging doors and it sounded like furniture was being knocked over, it was loud. I was going to yell to them to shut up, but not a very smart thing to do when someone is that angry. I would have called the clerk, but miss "no personality" wouldn't have known what to do. They finally stopped in about 30 min or so and then a stupid dog starts barking. My husband mentioned it to the clerk in the morning and I guess the response was, "don't know where that's coming from cuz there are no dogs allowed. Needless to say, it wasn't the room itself, it was the help and the surroundings that made our stay miserable.
