“Horrible Experience”

This was the most horrible experience I've ever encountered with a hotel stay. My family and I drove from Mobile Alabama to Miami Florida which was 10.5 hours. Check-in time was originally at 1p.m. we arrived at 3p.m. and still was told that it would be another hour before our rooms was available. We wait for an hour then try again, but this time when my stepfather tried paying for his room that clerk stated that the machine wouldn't read one of his bills, we was then told that the money was cut differently that's why the machine wouldn't accept it. We took the money back to the bank where we originally got it from and explained the issue. The teller stated that the money was fine and it was probably an issue with the hotel's machine, but she exchanged the money. Go back to the hotel with three different bills all of them work besides one. Finally we got checked in once in the room we found hair on one of the beds, red spots on the other bed which I presumed to be blood, cookies under one bed, and a filthy sock underneath the other bed. When I called for some more linens the person was very rude and unprofessional. To top the horrible experience off on the second night the air conditioner stopped working for 5 hours which caused my sister who shared a room with me to have an asthma attack. overall horrible
