“Filthy Bathrooms, Not Allowed To Use The Dining Room”

  , Richmond, Virginia, Usa
I was part of a group that was staying at the hotel in preparation for a cruise leaving Miami. When we got to our room we discovered that the bathroom was filthy, as was another couples that we were traveling with. We decided to skip showers in a tub that contained other people's hair. The next morning when we went down to get breakfast we were told that we could not use the dining room as they had a group present. There were approximately 8 people in the dining room that could hold approximately 50 or more quite easily. We were told that we had to eat out in the main concourse that was extremely loud and did not actually serve the food that was available in the dining room. Instead we went out to eat elsewhere. To make it all the more annoying, we spent 5 nights at various hotels during this vacation. This one was the most expensive and the worst of the lot.
