“I had chose Howard Johnson in Hialeah Miami because a or so...”

I had chose Howard Johnson in Hialeah Miami because a or so year ago I had stayed there and the service was not first class but conditions livable away from home, and it was near to the Miami International airport. This time the experience was horrible. I had a confirmation booking hence I did not expect what I encountered. They had shuttle service however I had to wait for almost 2 hours, I guess by the time I was finished with immigration and customs the shuttle may have just passed by hence the long wait. When I did arrive at the hotel, I was checked In as they had my confirmation. However to my dismay as I opened the room door I realized that even though they were billing me for what I had book, a business suite, it was actually not. I needed a microwave and refrigerator hence I had chosen the higher priced room which came with those amenities. My room had simply a bed. I went downstairs and it took some time for them to figure out what to do as they tried to explain that there was no suite and the best they could do was to relocate me or put a refrigerator In the room.. Having travel early morning and for hours and had to stand and wait for the shuttle for almost 2 hours, I was exhausted so I settled for keeping the same room and they taking off a meager $20. for not having the amenities I had book. Compounding that I saw a little roach running on the bathroom counter top in the middle of the night and so of course I could not go back to sleep. The carpet were all stained, I met a lady at about 10:00 p.m.by the vending machine which was not working properly as it had stolen her money. I manage to have gotten a drink for her after she had already lost $3.00. I will never stay at that hotel again.
