“The worst hotel experience ever....”

The maid never vacuumed, swept the bathroom, cleaned anything...All she did was replenish towels and empty trash twice in our four day stay...Only once did we have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Wednesday night we came home from a day and evening out only to find that our room was crawling with bugs. After calling the desk we were told they were termites. We got some bug spray and sprayed..We were up all night smashing bugs... The next morning I asked the manager if he would please ask the maid to sweep the bathroom , vacuum the carpet and to please wipe the tub sink and counter off as there were dead bugs every where....We came back to our room after a full day and evening out only to discover that our room had not been touched...We even had dead bugs in our bed. I called the desk and had to ask to get clean towels and a broom so I could at least sweep the dead bugs up off the bathroom floor. Upon checking out I asked for an adjustment to be made on our bill for Wednesday night, I was told by the manager that he couldn't do anything this time but that next time he would give us a discount...My husband told him that there would be NO next time...
