“Ugh”; Jan 16, 2013 Nadia B, Chicago; Ugh, this hotel was horrible. I guess I got what I paid for. First, the reservation was under my name only. My friend and I were out and my other friend was going to meet us there for the night. All she did was tell the front desk that we were out and they deactivated our keys and gave her three new ones- no checking ID or anything (and I had made no mention that she was coming)- so when we came back she was sitting in our room! imagine if she was a murderer! Also there was a cockaroach found running around in our bed. The worst was there was like 5 giant dogs staying next door and barked constantly (I mean no breaks at all!) from like 2 am until 8 am- obviously no one was sleeping in that room, it was very shady. I called the front desk about it but they could do nothing. Everything in the rooms and property was cheap, which I expected, but it also gave off a grimey, dirty feel. Again, I guess I'm glad it was cheap, but can't believe what ended up happening!
