We have made many improvements which should ensure our guests' safety such as adding bright LED parking lot lights, doing property walks regularly and reacting quickly if there are any noise or other complaints. We understand that some people feel exterior corridor hotels are less secure, however, we have many regular guests who can attest to the safety, security, and concern that we provide for all of our guests. Richard, we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us, however, as we mentioned in our phone conversations and emails with you, nowhere on our website or the Hotels.com website does it say we have an elevator. I believe that you must have booked our hotel by accident with a different hotel in mind. We also do not have meal vouchers for guests nor do we promise this anywhere in our advertizing. We do offer our guests a discount at the restaurant but that is all. As we previously offered, we will give you 25% off your next stay with us. Since you booked through Hotels.com, we could not provide any partial refund as they are the ones who billed you and collected your money for the stay. I would recommend that if this was an issue for you, that you book your hotels through the hotel directly next time so that you can cancel if something isn't to your liking. Thank you. « hide
