Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry that the pool restrooms were not maintained during your visit. I will definitely pass this information on to the appropriate department so that we may improve. I am also sorry that your husband experienced a rash. I am not sure what would have caused this. My staff cleans the pool and balances the chemicals first thing each morning. We always receive a perfect score from the inspector. If your doctor has any information that may relate to your visit please contact me and share them as we want our guests to have a wonderful stay. « hide

I am so sorry that you feel "taken advantage of". It is never my goal to have any guest feel this way especially service families. I very much appreciate the service and dedication that our military families provide. In no way do I want you to feel otherwise. Many hotels in the area require a two night minimum. Occasionally, we offer one night stays depending upon availability. The one night rates are generally higher than those of multiple nights . Also, the rates are based upon the room type as suites and kitchenettes and gulf front rooms more expensive. Based upon the rate you quoted, it appears that you were in one of these types of rooms. I apologize for any dissatisfaction that you experienced with this hotel. « hide
