“Disappointing Stay”

Upon checking in the staff asked me for my credit card. When I informed them the room was booked through my job and the credit card was not mine they insisted they had no record of it and continued to ask me for my credit card. I called my business contact who informed them they had booked and confirmed all paperwork a month prior to my stay via email. When the staff finally opened the binder they keep their paperwork in, they found everything they needed. After waiting 45 minutes to check in after an 8 hour flight to get there, I finally got a room that looked clean enough, but had a moldy, musty smell. It was obvious the hotel was old and they had simply updated the furniture. There were holes in the walls in the bathroom and it looked like whoever painted the room did so in a hurry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
