“No handicap shuttle at air port!”

Called the day before we were to arrived to confirm our handicap shuttle service from the airport. Was assured the shuttle would be waiting and that the service was complintary. No handicap shuttle was there. They had not requested it as promised. After numerous calls to the hotel and the shuttle service we were STUCK. My husband is a VET, his disability is service related. After about 2 hours we were finally able to get a taxi van that could take us to the hotel. The desk clerk said he could not refund our taxi fare. He did not even say Sorry for our trouble. he said we would have to talk to the manager, who wasn't there. He was not there the next morning either. We are very disappointed in the way this was handled.
