“BAD EXPERIENCE”; Feb 18, 2013 Shirlonda D, Kissimmee; It was a bad experience. The room was very old--smelled stale, no clean towels (when attendant brought the towels up, they smelled old and stale). We were in a nonsmoking room and it smelled like smoke.
