My family and I came here for a weekend with the kids. The first day we got there the employee didn't let our kids into the pool for an extra 5 minutes because we got there late but the sun was still up. The kids were crying the rest of the night. The swing set provided was broken into pieces and unsafe for the kids. Huge spider webs were on the walls close enough for the kids to run into. The complimentary breakfast was limited and the coffee was horrible. My daughter was so grossed out she wanted to sleep in the car. She said the air in the elevator was so horrid that she could feel the airborne diseases. There seemed to be a handful of guests at the hotel so we asked if we could have an extra towel and blanket and we were turned down. To me that seemed unreasonable. The laundry room was out of order and did not have a sign saying so. On the second day the kids went in the pool for an hour then went to lunch. We came back and the pool was closed for the rest of the day which ruined our plans once again. The key cards didn't work once in awhile when entering through the second entrance. The toilet had problems so we called the front desk, someone came up and said nothing was wrong. A little later the problems got worse and water was all over the floor. This time when we called they didn't answer. I sent my oldest daughter down to the front desk and all they offered was a plunger. After the guy noticed my daughter was not happy he finally offered another room. We were ready to go! The only reason we stayed was to get our money's worth since we couldn't get a refund. I will not be returning and would recommend you do not stay there as the experience was terrible.
