“absolutely no hot water in bathroom, refrigerator not...”; Jan 21, 2013 Sue F, Washington; absolutely no hot water in bathroom, refrigerator not operable, skimpy supply of towels;loud neighbors kept us awake most of the night; "breakfast" consisted of cold cereal,white bread,and coffee, not even any hot water for tea, no fruit

Thank you for your review. please accept my apology for all the concerns you have listed.I will address each and every one with the departments heads. We will work on each issueto make sure that we dont repeat them. We are working on a new menu for our breakfast. Our housekeeping manager just receive new towels.
