“Could not let the kids out of the room!!!!”

I thought that this would be a nice retreat for my kids Spring break. I was so wrong! I have a autistic son, and we could not go out of the room to enjoy any of the amenities because of the large crowds in the halls and right outside of our door. When we did leave to go and eat, our room had not been touched, and the housekeeper had to come in at 9pm to vacuum the floor and give clean towels. The bathroom floor never got cleaned, and was dirty when we got there. There was also three bags of candy under the sink that was left there from a prior stay, so I know that the room had not been inspected before it was rented to me. We could smell marijuana as soon as we opened the door, and two of my children have asthma. I called the front desk clerk, and told her and she just apologized, but did not offer to change our room, or discount our rate. With this being a Wyndham property I have bragged about this hotel, and have only stayed at this property when visiting Burlington; however, this stay has really changed my feelings. I am very disappointed.
