“Dirty, Loud, Unsafe”

- This hotel was so dirty that we slept in sleeping bags on top of the bed. The bathroom was full of mold and the bathroom wall was rotting. There were hairs in the shower and the nonsmoking room smelled of smoke.There was constant noisy foot traffic outside the window throughout the night. There were at least 4 fights between drunk people outside my window, coming from the bar next door.When I checked out, I asked for a refund of the safe fee, and the cashier acted as if she knew nothing about it, and I had to read the statement off of the agreement I signed. She repeatedly told me that they did not charge a safe fee. Eventually she refunded the fee.I then found out that the nightly rate was $12 less than the rate I paid, because I reserved the room online for the "HoJo.com best available rate." The cashier would not refund the difference.
