“I made reservations online for Friday feb 15 and Saturday...”

I made reservations online for Friday feb 15 and Saturday feb 16. I am military stationed at Charleston afb South Carolina and I'm from New Orleans Louisiana. I can't travel more than six hours away so your hotel was at the 6 hour mark between here and New Orleans so boyfriend and I met up there to celebrate valentines day and we hadn't seen each other in months. I got an extra day off so I tried to add a day to my reservation. I couldn't add a day so I just made and additional reservation for that Thursday valentines day. I was told that it would be noted so that I wouldn't have to change rooms or have any hassles during my stay. I informed the agent at check in that I had two reservations but they were consecutive. He told me that it wouldn't be a problem. I denied room service that morning but I realized I needed more towels to shower. When I left to find the house keeper and returned to my room the key didn't work. I went to the front desk and the agent was very aggressive in saying that I was supposed to come and let them know that I was staying another night. I tried to explain that I had two reservations and that I had told the previous agent and he assured me I wouldn't have any trouble. She still argued with me and insisted that I should have come and let them know. I just let her say what she wanted and got the key and left. Then once I left I checked my account and realized I was over charged for the Friday and Saturday. I was told that I wouldn't get the same rate for the Thursday because I didn't make the reservations at the same time but I was charged the same price for each night. When I called I was told to call the next morning to speak with a manager and when I did I was spoken to very rudely. She argued with me saying that I had to pay the same rate for every night for two people but I informed her my email confirmation says something different then she said wel I can give you the little five dollars a night for Friday and Saturday and before I could say thank you she had hung up. The service was not so good and I hate that you all don't offer military discounts at that location. It was an overall alright trip but I feel that the person that was rude at the front desk might have been the same person on the phone and they clouded my judgement of this hotel. And I still haven't received that refund to my account.
