“After an early rise and business outside...i was rainsoaked...”; Feb 28, 2013 Robert C, Vero Beach; After an early rise and business outside...i was rainsoaked and cold and looking forward to a hot shower after returning to the room...NO HOT WATER!!! The hotel reduced the bill by $15 but i had agreed to the full price and expected a hot shower!!
